Sin Kaya is the best kept secret in Hyakkendana, Shibuya, it's right down the street from Club Harlem, Asia and Vuenos. It is a small bar restaurant my boy, Sinsuke runs. It is on the 2F with no sign outside. actually there is a sign, it just don't get your attention at all. Anyway he will hook you up with some good food for sure. and usually it's empty, lol Big up Sin♪ VGA!
