By the London Bridge and Brooklyn Bridge, The big drills popped out from the ground on May, 21. Next day an extraordinary optical device called a Telectroscope appeared on the sites that is connecting from London to New York through the tunnel. You can link up with people in London from Brooklyn thru the Telectroscope〜♪ The idea of the Telectroscope seemed too outlandish to be possible and yet there was something in the scribbled notes that had the ring of truth about it. Despite the many gaps and inconsistencies, Paul St George began to piece together his ancestor’s remarkable story… It will be up til June, 15.

It is Brooklyn Bridge's 125th birthday this week♪ It opened on May 24, 1883, May Baby〜♪ There were blowout Thursday, with fireworks, a Navy flyover, a colorful new lighting scheme and the debut of a tribute song scheduled to honor the storied span to celebrate the bridge's 125th birthday.

学生気分で、BAUHAUS experience,dessau を見に
東京藝術大学大学美術館に、

散歩しながら久しぶりの山の上！
この辺はやっぱり良い雰囲気。
寛永寺に、桃林堂、水ようかんの美味しい季節が近づいてきます。

話しがそれましたが、
モダンデザインの基礎を再確認！
７５年も時間が経過していても全然色あせてないこと
やっぱり、当時はものすごく先進的な学校であった事は間違いないですね。
グラフィック、建築、プロダクトデザイン、空間演出
見直して良かったです。
新しいアイデアも浮かびいい時間を過ごしました。

その影響なのか、ブラブラしてたら目に飛び込んだ
KANGOLのBAUHAUSぽいカラーリングのキャップを
手にしてしまいました。

夏にこんなカラーもありかなと・・・・
サンプロテクトのナイロン使用してるみたいです！！

MOMA NYでジョージ・ロイスの展示やってるみたいですね。
グラフィックデザインを仕事にしていて、影響を受けた人の一人です。
Esquireの表紙は凄く有名です。

winicheの缶詰Tシャツはこの表紙のインパクトも自分の中に影響していると思います。

それから90年代初頭、
ReebokのPumpに拍車をかけたのもこの人です。

ドミニクにマイケル・チャン、ロッドマン、グレッグノーマンそうそうたる有名スポーツプレーヤーがナイキの代表モデルを投げ捨てる！
アメリカらしい比較広告です。
しかし、その後Kicks GameにはNIKEが勝ってしまった感じですかね・・・？！

MOMAの展示は期間結構長そうなので、是非見に行きたいです。

I went to the Cherry Blossom Festival "Sakura Matsuri" at Brooklyn Botanic Garden this weekend. Unfortunately the cherry blossoms passed the peak already and they were kind of looking down. The new leaves were growing already... It would been really nice if the event was a week ago. However the weather turned out really nice. I caught a good friend of mine Ola and his family, as I was expecting. this festival every year I always look forward to seeing his family at this festival〜♪

久々に世田谷に行ったら、なんか新メニューで醤油ラーメンと豚生姜丼が加わっていたので勝手に試食会〜♪ これもまた自分で作った醤油ラーメン意外を食べるのはデラ久々、多分帰郷中に食した築地井上の以来かも。。。っていうか一年以上前だ。。。世田谷醤油ラーメンとりあえず普通においしく食しました♪
