Tucson is known(?) for the Sonoran hot dog. This Mexcican-American food was born in the borderland. The hot dog is wrapped in bacon with beans piled high together with grilled onions, fresh onions, tomatoes, mayonnaise, cream sauce, mustard, and jalapeno
salsa. All that is stuffed into a soft puffy Mexican bread called Bolillo. We went to taste the Sonoran hot dog at El Güero Canelo♪ The Sonran hot dog was not the only item on the menu that was delish...the other dishes are good as well.
ツーソンといえばソノランホットドック！。。らしいので美味しいと評判なEl Güero Caneloへ。ソノランホットドックはホットドックにベーコン巻々してあり、豆、タマネギ、マヨ、クリームソース、マスタード、ハラペーニョサルサ等色々とBolillosというメキシコのやらかいパンに載せまくった国境の街ならではのメキシカンアメリカンフュージョン。ヘビーなのかと思いきや食べやすくて美味♪ ここ他のメニューもかなり旨しくお勧めマンチスポット♪
