On Memorial Day 2011, Narces Benoit witnessed and filmed a group of Miami police officers shooting and killing a suspect in a car chase and armed robbery. He was then confronted by officers who handcuffed him and smashed his cell phone, but he was able to sneakily preserve the video with some quick thinking. Was it necessary for them to shoot and kill the suspect who didn't have a firearm ? Harassing the eyewitnesses like that is totally wrong...This is not right for so many reasons... この間のメモリアルウィークエンドにマイアミサウスビーチで警官12人余りが昨年10月に起きたガソリンスタンド武装強盗の容疑で不審者の車を取り囲み一斉発砲で射殺。。。抵抗もしてないしあんなに撃ち込む必要あるのか？射殺する必要性なんてなおさら無さそうだけど。。。公開処刑マイアミ警察スタイル。。。でそのビデオ撮っていた目撃者に気付いた警官は銃突きつけて一時拘束し、撮影していた携帯を踏みつけ破損させ没収だって。。でもSIMカードをすかさず抜いて口に隠した目撃者ナイスな判断。しっかし何処いっても豚は臭いね。。
